Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
FirmCourier is a research tool for lawful, business-to-business use. By using the Service you agree that you will not:
- send unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam), or use the Service, its research results or its drafts to do so;
- contact consumers or private individuals, or use information about private individuals for marketing;
- send a message to anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or ignore an unsubscribe or opt-out request;
- contact a business without a lawful basis to do so under the laws that apply to you and to the recipient, such as data protection and e-privacy rules, and anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM;
- collect, sell, rent or export contact lists from the Service, or use it to build mailing lists;
- use drafts to mislead recipients about who you are or why you are writing, or to harass, defraud or impersonate;
- automate, scrape or resell the Service, or try to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
Standard campaign sending is currently disabled by service policy. If an email-sending feature is enabled in future, any message sent from your own email account will be sent by you, and you remain responsible for the content, recipients and compliance with applicable law. Connecting Gmail requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send permission, which can authorize sending when a sending feature is enabled; the current integration does not request permission to read Gmail messages.
We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules and may report abuse where the law requires. To report abuse, email info@firmcourier.com.
