Central Search

Turn your business brief into focused company research with roles, markets and requirements.

Evidence & fit

Review available sources, possible fit and gaps. A research match is not company identity verification.

Opportunity Finder Developing

Explore possible opportunities and prepare monitoring criteria; recurring discovery is still being validated.

Automation & approvals Limited

Review workflow proposals and retain control of execution; automatic outreach is disabled.

FROM RESEARCH TO YOUR NEXT DECISION

Beyond a list of names.
Evidence, context and a clear next step.

Keep the brief, potential firms, supporting links and your assessment together. Explore Finder settings and approval-first Automation proposals; full Search-to-Finder-to-Automation execution is still being validated.

One platform · two business perspectives

For businesses seeking partners — and intermediaries researching for clients.

Research for your own company or organize evidence for a client. A verified company network, formal broker mandates and the OFFERS marketplace are being developed separately.

For business teams & individuals

Find companies for your own business.

Describe what your business needs and build a shortlist of possible customers, suppliers or partners to evaluate.

  • Research companies using available public business sources.
  • Review each potential fit and what the evidence does not establish.
  • Verified membership and company-claim checks are in development.

For B2B intermediaries

Research opportunities for clients.

Explore potential matches for a client, review supporting information and prepare a proposal without claiming you already represent a company.

  • Separate the client brief, target market and possible matches.
  • Review evidence and prepare client-facing opportunity summaries.
  • Formal mandates, OFFERS acceptance and broker payouts are not live.
Compare existing research plans

What is available today: company research and a workspace, subject to plan limits and accessible evidence. A public listing or registration does not verify the company, its representative, broker authority or an offer. The verified network, mutual OFFERS acceptance and payouts are not live. Automated outreach remains disabled.

How it works

From a business question to research you can review.

Explain the goal naturally. Firm Chat helps research candidates; you inspect available evidence and decide which leads merit attention.

1

Describe your goal

For example, “Packaging manufacturers in Austria serving food producers.” Add geography, buyer or supplier roles and exclusions.

2

Find candidates

Central Search investigates possible firms using available public sources, within account limits. Result counts and coverage vary.

3

Inspect the evidence

Check source links, business fit, dates and unknowns. A cited source alone does not certify company identity or a real offer.

4

Prepare your next step

Save companies, compare options or prepare a message or workflow draft. Sending and paid actions require separate authorization.

What you get

A practical workspace for business research.

Search in business language

Describe the industry, country and partner role. Research quality depends on the brief, available sources and plan limits.

Evidence you can inspect

Read source links when available and evaluate the reasons for a match. Research evidence is not the same as independently verified legal identity.

Public business channels

Find contact routes published by companies where available and review their sources and relevance.

Review-first drafts

Prepare a business communication draft using research context. Review the facts and lawful basis; automatic sending remains disabled.

Opportunity Finder Developing

Save and review ideas for opportunity monitoring. Reliable recurring checks and automatic handoffs are still being validated.

Research you can return to

Keep conversations, research jobs and saved companies together so the next decision starts from your earlier work.

Why it matters

A useful lead needs more than a company name.

Research becomes useful when you can explain the potential fit, inspect evidence and keep the next decision connected to the original question. FirmCourier organizes those pieces without pretending every match is verified.

01 · THE BRIEF

Work from a clear goal

Define the sector, buyer or supplier role, country and essential criteria before comparing candidates.

02 · THE EVIDENCE

Understand the possible fit

Review publicly available company information, relevant source links and unanswered questions. Research is not proof of a verified business offer.

03 · THE NEXT STEP

Keep decisions under your control

Save a shortlist, prepare a communication draft or consider a future Finder or Automation workflow. Execution remains separately controlled.

What you can use it for

Different business needs. One research workspace.

  • 01

    Find suppliers

Compare potential manufacturers and vendors using published products, regions and relevant capabilities.

  • 02

    Research potential clients

Investigate organizations whose public activities suggest a possible fit — not a confirmed purchase intention.

  • 03

    Compare logistics partners

Review available public service information about carriers and forwarders for a relevant route.

  • 04

    Enter new markets

Explore potential suppliers, customers and competitors in a new geography before making a decision.

  • 05

    Explore market signals

Review companies and public developments now. Recurring monitoring is still being validated.

  • 06

    Cross-border research

Describe a country and sector. Language support and source availability vary by market.

Responsible by design

Research, not spam.

Research and preparation come first. Standard campaign sending is disabled; future broker introductions and OFFERS will require verified authority and explicit acceptance.

  • Reviewable public evidence. Research uses accessible public business information and includes references where available. Missing evidence stays unknown.
  • No purchased lists. We do not sell, rent or export email lists.
  • You control communication. Messages remain drafts unless an authorized, separately enabled sending flow exists. Check content, recipients and lawful basis.
  • No automated campaigns. There is no bulk sending and no autopilot outreach.
  • Check before outreach. A public business listing does not itself authorize marketing. Confirm your lawful basis for each recipient and honor objections and opt-outs.
  • Company identity is a separate check. Finding a public listing does not verify a legal entity, its representative, a broker mandate or a real offer. Read our acceptable use rules.

Questions before you start

What is FirmCourier?

FirmCourier is a B2B company research and opportunity-planning workspace. Firm Chat is the conversational entry point to investigate candidates, review available evidence, organize findings and prepare next steps. Not every candidate or commercial opportunity is independently verified.

Does it send emails for me?

Not automatically. You can prepare and review communication drafts; standard bulk and automated campaign sending is disabled. Public company contact details are not permission for unsolicited marketing.

Where does the information come from?

Research may use public company websites, directories and registers. Available source links help with review, but coverage, freshness and accuracy vary. A match is not automatic verification of a company or its authority to make an offer.

Is FirmCourier a general AI chatbot?

No. FirmCourier combines AI-supported interpretation and drafting with business-oriented research and saved work. It uses third-party AI services for some features and is independently developed, not affiliated with its model providers.

How much does it cost?

There are four plans: Starter €14.50 (2 searches a day), Growth €19.99 (6 a day), Pro €49.99 (20 a day) and Ultimate €69.99 (no fixed daily count, subject to job limits) a month, and paying yearly saves 10%. New accounts start with a free preview of five research commands. Paid checkout is not switched on yet, so new accounts start on the free preview. Existing account entitlements are retained.

Is a company automatically verified when it appears in a result?

No. A research match is based on available business information and may include unknowns. Legal company identity, a person's authority to represent it, an intermediary mandate and a real offer each need separate evidence and verification. The verified network is in development.

Can companies accept OFFERS and pay intermediary fees now?

Not yet. The planned OFFERS workflow requires authorized parties, independent approvals and a separate payment and verification process. Registration or a public company listing alone is not permission to reveal confidential details or create a binding deal.

What happens to my data?

Account details, prompts and workspace records are processed to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Review the policy for information about service providers, storage and your rights.
